A Taste of Luxury Event


Today I'm throwing it back to a Taste of Luxury.

Last month, I had the opportunity and the pleasure to attend the Taste of Luxury event. 19th Hole Magazine & PIRCH celebrated golf culture with an epicurean experience powered by The Lincoln Motor Company. I must say it was truly a night of luxury and exquisite food. Atlanta’s social elite from business owners, brand representatives, bloggers, and other media were on the scene for the experience.

Upon arrival at the event, the first thing I saw was the beautiful new 2017 Lincoln Continental. Once I stopped oohing and ah-ing and entered PIRCH, representatives from The Lincoln Motor Company greeted me to check me in. This event marked my first visit to PIRCH, and honestly, the first time I had heard of the company.

If you are as clueless as I was, you may be wondering -- What is PIRCH?

PIRCH is an upscale home store that aims to provide its customers with an elevated shopping experience while they search for items for their kitchen, bath, laundry, and outdoor furnishings.


Let me say, PIRCH was the perfect location for this luxurious event. From the moment you enter the beautiful space, you are transported. It is like all of your fantasies about living in luxury that you dreamt of from the time you played with your Barbie Dream House to now while watching HGTV have come to life right there in front of your eyes. PIRCH boasts a massive 27,000-square-foot multi-level showroom, which is separated into sections for kitchen, bath, outdoor, and laundry where customers can discover leading brands for each area of the home.



For the Taste of Luxury event, several stations were set up throughout the showroom so that guests could enjoy the space while nibbling on delicious culinary creations prepared by world-class chefs, pizza, desserts and sip wine or drink signature D’ussé cocktails. There was even a chocolate bar station where guests could pick their favorites among pretzels, nuts, dried cranberries and coconut to create their signature chocolate bar. Guests got to taste a sample of their chocolate concoction during the event, but would receive an actual custom chocolate bar in the mail compliments of The Lincoln Motor Company.


The evening was a celebration golf culture and in additional to the yummy bites there was fabulous golf fashion from Brooks Brothers.






Afternoon a wonderful evening spent at PIRCH, I had the opportunity to get a closer look at the beauty that caught my eye when I first arrived, the 2017 Lincoln Continental. Honestly, I haven’t really paid much attention to Lincoln except for the commercials with Matthew McConaughey looking dapper and sexy behind the wheel as he drives a Lincoln MKZ. GIRL! Lincoln is LIT! Somehow, while I wasn’t looking The Lincoln Motor Company took luxury up a level. The 2017 Lincoln Continental is the car maker’s most elegant and spacious sedan. The model that was on display at PIRCH had Lincoln’s Black Label upgrade and let me tell you, the car rivaled any other luxury vehicle on the market. It had luxurious leather seats, front and rear heated and cooled seats (a must in Atlanta), and a twin-panel sky view panoramic roof to name a few of the features. I had an amazing time at my first Taste of Luxury and I can’t wait to attend again next year.
