I don't typically drink energy drinks or even coffee. I usually have the energy to make it through the day on my own. Well, this week that changed. My week was super busy not just with work but because this week was Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday where you get to see and spend quality time with family and friends and stuff your face with the best food. Only problem is someone has to cook the food and play hostess to those friends and family members. While this is fun it can also be exhausting.
This year I had a secret weapon, 5-hour ENERGY! I received two bottles of 5-hour ENERGY shots in Pink Lemonade to try as a Smiley 360 member. I am so glad that I had these bottles and hadn't already used them. The 5-hour ENERGY boost did just that! It provided me with energy to do what I needed to when I was feeling sluggish. This product gave me energy right away and lasted several hours. I was so glad that I didn't feel jittery, just energized. I also appreciated that I didn't crash at the end of the day, I just felt how I normally do at the end of a long day. The flavor that I had, Pink Lemonade, was not bad like I thought it would be. It did have a little kick to it and made me pucker but that's it. I definitely recommend chilling it before you drink it. I preferred this to room temperature.
If you're in need of a pick me up at home or on the go, give 5-hour Energy boost a shot! If you buy 5-hour Energy, support #5hourGoesPink and grab the specially marked pink ribbon bottle, Pink Lemonade flavor. It's for a great cause.
Even though Breast Cancer Awareness Month is over, 5-hour Energy will continue to donate proceeds from the sale of their specially marked Pink Lemonade flavor to Living Beyond Breast Cancer, LBBC, until December 31, 2014.
